Mr. Seward was born on Martha's Vineyard where he worked alongside his father building luxury custom homes. He started Chilmark Hospitality Development in 1996 as a partnership to develop, design and build restaurants and night clubs in Manhattan and Martha’s Vineyard.
CHD evolved into Chilmark Construction Corp solely owned and operated by Mr. Seward. In 2007 Mr. Seward expanded into high rise construction and in 2013 further into real estate development. Mr. Seward lives in Manhattan with his wife and son.
We believe that good design should not only be aesthetically pleasing, but also functional and environmentally responsible. Our approach to architecture is rooted in a deep understanding of our clients' needs and the context in which we are designing.
